Asylum law is complicated. Failure to put your case forward competently and properly could lead to a refusal of your claim and your deportation to the very country from which you have fled in the first place.
It is imperative that you obtain sound legal advice and for your lawyer to present your case competently at Tribunal level. Finding a solicitor as soon as possible is extremely important because very strict deadlines must be complied with. This could concern the evidence needed to support your claim for asylum in the UK.
