It is extremely difficult, and in some cases impractical, and in other cases unfair to set down a fixed fee for the provision of any particular type of legal service. For these reasons this firm cannot set down a tariff of fees. It is necessary for us to have a consultation with our prospective client so that we can establish the type of service that is required before we can provide a reasonably accurate estimate of our fees. In that regard we are not only confident, we know from our regular feed-back that not only do we provide legal services of quality; our fees are the envy of many.

Our consultancy fees are fixed at £95 plus VAT and in this meeting we assess the merits of our potential client’s case. In so doing we are at the inception able to form a view on your case which will in the long run save you substantial legal costs and time.

In some cases and due to our experience on previous matters we are able to offer a fixed fees service for some matters. In any event we advise our clients at the consultancy meeting and in writing by way of our client care letter, what our fees structure is. A full no-obligation estimate of our fees is provided in writing before the firm is instructed to act.
