What is a grant?

A grant of probate or Letters of administration is needed to retrieve assets if the total of the deceased estate if more than £15,000. 

The Grant will allow personal representatives (executors) to administer the estate. 

There are three types of Grant:

• Grant of Probate 
• Grant of Letters of Administration 
• Grant of Letters of Administration with Will annexed 

We can deal with all aspect of probate and intestacy matters including any challenges to a Will.
