We can help you to apply for a Business Visitor Visa, which now falls under the category of a Standard Visa. If successful would allow you to come to the UK for a maximum of 6 months.
There are certain criteria which you must fulfil to be successful in a business visitor visa application. SJS Solicitors have been accredited by the Law Society at both a Level 2 and a Supervisor Level for Immigration and Asylum cases and as such are very well placed to give your application the highest chance for success.
As a guideline, generally to be successful in a Business Visitor Visa application you must:
- Wish to come to the UK for a conference, meeting or training purposes
- Take part in a specific sport-related event
- Be an artist, entertainer or musician, coming to the UK to perform
- Be an academic, doing research or accompanying students on a study abroad programme
- Be a doctor or dentist, coming to the UK to take a clinical attachment or observe post
- Want to get funding to start, take over, join or run a business in the UK
- Want to take the Professional and Linguistic Assessment Board test, or sit the Objective Structured Clinical Examination
There are other requirements, and SJS Solicitors will ensure that your application satisfies these before we submit your application to the Home Office.
Fees
Our Fees for a Business Visitor Visa are fixed at £X + VAT, this includes our consultancy fee of £125 + VAT, which includes a 45 minute meeting with our Principal Solicitor where we discuss the details of your case, and allow you to decide if you would like to proceed with instructing our firm, if you decide not to, only the consultancy fee is payable. Our fees do not include any Home Office fees or disbursements which have to be paid separately.
Our consultancy fee includes:
- A 45 minute meeting with our Principal Solicitor
- A client care letter detailing all advice given in the meeting sent within 24 hours
- The option to choose if you want to instruct our firm or not for your matter
