We can help you to apply for a Tier 2 Sponsorship Visa, which, if successful would allow your prospective employee to come to the UK for a maximum of 4 years.
There are certain criteria which you must fulfil to be successful in a Tier 2 Sponsorship Visa application. SJS Solicitors have been accredited by the Law Society at both a Level 2 and a Supervisor Level for Immigration and Asylum cases and as such are very well placed to give your application the highest chance for success.
As a guideline, Tier 2 Sponsorship Visas are split into 3 categories. It is for skilled works with long term job offers who you wish to employ. It is split into:
- General: in this case the role must meet the job suitability requirements
- Intra-Company Transfer: this is for multinational companies which need to transfer employees to the UK
- Minister of religion: this is for people coming to work, for up to 3 years, at a religious organisation
- Sportsperson: this is for elite sportspeople and coaches, who will be based in the UK
There are other requirements, and SJS Solicitors will ensure that your application satisfies these before we submit your application to the Home Office.
Fees
Our Fees for a Tier 2 Sponsorship Visa are fixed at £1900 + VAT, this includes our consultancy fee of £125 + VAT, which includes a 45 minute meeting with our Principal Solicitor where we discuss the details of your case, and allow you to decide if you would like to proceed with instructing our firm, if you decide not to, only the consultancy fee is payable. Our fees do not include any Home Office fees or disbursements which have to be paid separately.
Our consultancy fee includes:
- A 45 minute meeting with our Principal Solicitor
- A client care letter detailing all advice given in the meeting sent within 24 hours
- The option to choose if you want to instruct our firm or not for your matter
